Here’s what he said…
Recently, President Trump pushed back on a reporter who was claiming the false narrative that South Korea conducted more tests than the United States. The reporter stated, “South Korea has done five times more tests than the U.S. per capita. Why is that?”
Trump said, “I don’t think that’s true.”
The reporter then said, “That is true, and you said this morning that — the White House said that the U.S. passed South Korea in virus testing.”
Trump silenced him saying, “That’s why you are Yahoo. No one knows who the hell you are. That’s why nobody knows you are, including me.”
It turns out that the reporter was reporting false claims and it’s a great thing President Trump knows what he is doing and called out the reporter.
It looks to me the statistic the reporter cited is incorrect. Though South Korea was far ahead in terms of per capita testing for a long while, the US caught up about a week ago https://t.co/R8yJLGaivK https://t.co/lL6IOUwkAJ
